Hightop Photo sitting fee system

This year Hightop Photo will be coming to your dance studio to take some amazing photos.

If you are interested in having individual photos taken of your student, please send $35.00 (Includes HST) per student by e-transfer or PayPal before photo day to:

Your school will send out an email with the password to use with your e-transfer.

Please be sure to include the following info:
• The name of the dance school
• Your email address
• The name of the dance student
• The name of the parent sending the e-transfer.

Some banks scramble the e-mail address of the person sending the money, so including your e-mail  address is very important.

When the photos are all ready, we will send an email to everyone who sent in a sitting fee. It will include a link to the website where you can select your photos, plus a personalized, one-time use Promo Code that will let you deduct the sitting fee from the cost of the photos.

You can choose to receive your selected images as digital downloads or prints. At check out, look for the “Promo code” box and be sure to fill it in with the custom Promo Code that was in your email. 

If the amount owing equals the sitting fee sent, no further payment will be required.

If you select digital downloads, the website will send you an email with a personal link that will allow you to download a zip file of the photos you selected.

If you order prints within two weeks of the photos being made available, we will deliver the photo packages to the dance school for pick up, with no delivery charge.

After the first two weeks are up, all print orders will be charged a delivery fee. The photos will be available on the website for 90 days.
